Trading

The most contested system in Dungeon Quest Reborn. We publish the process and the safety rules — which hold regardless of whether the trade window turns out to be live in your build.

disputed

Trading is the most contested system in Dungeon Quest Reborn. Recorded gameplay shows a two-sided mutual trade window opened from the lobby; at least one other community source reports that no trading system has been confirmed. We publish the process and the safety rules, which do not depend on resolving that dispute.

  • One position: recent Reborn footage shows a mutual trade window with separate offer panels, opened by selecting a player from the lobby player list.
  • The other position: no player trading system has been confirmed for Reborn, and therefore no item value list can be built.
  • Our position: the interface has recorded evidence, but no universal value list exists and no source proves every item is tradeable. Trade if the window is there; never price anything off a third-party list.

The safe transaction loop

  1. 1.Stay in the lobby. Do not start a dungeon — if either player enters a map, the window usually dies.
  2. 2.Open the player list and select the intended player.
  3. 3.Send a trade request and verify that the correct username appears.
  4. 4.Both players place items on their own side of the mutual trade window.
  5. 5.Review every icon and quantity again after the other player changes an offer.
  6. 6.Accept only when the final window matches the exchange you actually agreed.

Before you offer an item

  • Unequip the item if it does not appear in the selectable inventory.
  • Read the live roll and item name — do not trade from a legacy database name alone.
  • Do not assume two drops of the same rarity colour are equivalent.
  • Selling to the vendor is not a trade. Use the player window for player-to-player deals.

Refuse these outright

  • Last-second item swap after you have accepted.
  • 'Trust trade' — any exchange conducted outside the trade window.
  • Offers of codes or Robux as payment for in-game items.
  • Anyone rushing you through the review step.

We publish no item values

We publish no item values and no EIF price list. A value list needs a confirmed economy, and the trading system itself is still disputed. Any site quoting Dungeon Quest Reborn prices today is importing numbers from somewhere else.

The most common import is the EIF (Enhanced Inner Focus) value system. This one needs a correction: EIF and its counterpart EIR are confirmed in the current Reborn build — creator gameplay names them the two legendary spells in the game, and Aquatic Temple plus Northern Lands are confirmed live Reborn dungeons. So EIF is not original-game-only. What we still refuse to publish is a specific price: the original-game 80M-gold figure and any Reborn gold value is unverified economy data, and no authoritative Reborn price list exists yet. Any site quoting Reborn prices in EIF is publishing numbers we cannot confirm.

FAQ: How to trade in Dungeon Quest Reborn

How do I initiate a trade in Reborn?

To trade in Dungeon Quest Reborn, both players must be present in the same lobby instance. Open the player interaction prompt, select the trading partner, and verify every item slot inside the mutual trade window before locking in your offer.

What is the safe rule for how to trade in Dungeon Quest Reborn?

The only secure way how to trade in Dungeon Quest Reborn is a single-window mutual exchange. Never accept multi-part drop promises, external Discord trust-trades, or off-platform guarantees.
